DUVAL-STALLA & Associés was founded in April 2006 by three attorneys who have worked for some of the most prestigious law firms in Paris.

DUVAL-STALLA & Associés claims numerous areas of expertise: business and corporate law / Mergers and Acquisitions / Private Equity / Labor and employment Law / Dispute Resolution and Criminal Law / Intellectual Property and Information Technology / Tax Law.

The firm has a wide network of correspondents both in France and abroad which have been selected for the excellence of their services. Alexandre DUVAL-STALLA is a graduate from Sciences Po and got his a Master in Business and Tax law in 1998. Alexandre DUVAL-STALLA has been a lawyer since January 27th, 1999. He has worked at the US law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton and specialized himself in the field of public offers, mergers and acquisitions, companies restructuring, listing on stock exchange and litigation.

In September 2000, he joined the investment bank Lazard Frères & Cie in New York City, as a financial analyst in the "General Banking" and "Life Sciences" teams where he acquired a strong experience in financial assessment, analysis and valuation..

Back to Paris in 2002, he joined the English law firm Linklaters. He has particularly worked in LBO and private equity transactions.

At the same time, Alexandre DUVAL-STALLA has delivered, since 1999, legal services in the field of criminal law litigation. In October 2004, he has been selected as a Secretary of the Conference of Paris Barristers after an eloquence examination which allowed him to ensure all the pro-bono criminal service in the Court of Paris during the course of 2005.
